You can send money online (www.kawipay.com), over the telephone or via email whichever is convenient to you. Whether you need to send money abroad for pick-up or to a bank account kawipay is there to help.
Online - With a kawipay member account you can easily send money abroad almost from anywhere in the house or on your journey via your mobile phone, whereever there's an internet connection. You can also send money at any time 24 hours a day 7 days a week and your transaction will be processed during our normal working hours between 9 to 6pm.
Telephone - No internet access? Can't get to the money transfer shop on time? Do you have access to a phone, if yes just quickly call our telephone money transfer service on 0844 453 5563 (calls cost only 5p from a BT landline other network may vary) and your transaction will be quickly dealt with.
Email - Are you pressed for time and have very little to spare? If so then quickly drop us an email at [email protected] with the details of your transaction. Quote your unique customer reference number if you are a registered member or your full name and telephone number including your address if you are new to Kawipay.
Your transaction will be processed and the details will be emailed to you and the TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) will be sent to you via SMS.
